This service is implemented from your booking confirmation and runs to completion of break down after your wedding. We will assist you with each step of your wedding planning process from initial selection of location, styling and concept to the selection of suppliers, the planning and execution of your day, and finally completion of break down.
Adore takes on full liaison between you and your various suppliers throughout the planning process, and ensures that every aspect of your wedding has been taken care of so that you can enjoy your special day, stress free.
Go-to Girl
Adore is your personal planning partner.
Available to clients making use of Adore’s Styling, Floral and Décor services. The Go-to Girl Package meets half-way between our Full Wedding Planning and On the Day Coordination packages.
The Adore team is available to clients as a personal, trustworthy resource during your wedding planning process. We can connect you with reputable suppliers, act as a sounding board and share our experience, but will not act as a liaison between you and your various suppliers until two weeks prior to your wedding. Services then continue as per Full Wedding Planning.
On the Day

On the Day Coordination is a service that will ensure the smooth running of your day through liaising with all the relevant suppliers and according to an order-of-the-day provided by the client.
On the Day Coordination is implemented from the week leading up to your wedding and includes all liaison with various suppliers the week of your wedding, as well as being present for your wedding set up and the full day of your wedding. This option excludes pre-wedding planning and break down after your wedding.
Private Functions

Private function coordination includes the styling, planning and execution of your private function so that you are able to enjoy your special celebration with family and friends, without having to worry about the stress of planning or running the event.
